TODAY
got up early
drove to cornet bay
had a 6 mile hike with 7 fifth graders
two teachers
and ryan stiles
got sunburned
listened to a nice man tell me stories of germany
(nothing new here)
taught a bunch of people how to macreme
lead a tye-dye class for the entire school
(four hours long)
was asked to lead campfire song time
sang "ring of fire"
sang "ghost riders in the sky"
learned "ghost chickens in the sky"
watched stupid (but fun) kid skits
learned from another parent that
dylan WAS NOT wearing his helmet at the time of the crash
learned the handlebar shaped bruise on his leg
came from the bike LANDING on my child
(accident even bigger than i thought!)
thanked the maker for guardian angles!
