(no subject)
well hello there.
I am in good spirits right now and i thought i should definately make a note of it. I have completed The Great Gatsby which i found to be a good book. I absolutely love the way Fitzgerald writes. He definately has his own way of describing, which i guess every writer does...but his is just, well, better than alot of writing i've read before. Maybe that's why GG is so well known.
I found out the other day that i'm going to be taking over the "Our Voice" section of the newspaper, which means i'm going to be the editor. That's fun. I have to go with jess to the Daily News Station thing downtown to learn how to do the layout and everything. I'm kind of nervous, actually.
Today i decided to go on a clothing shopping spree where i bought a tank top, a really strange shirt that i am in love with, and a bag that i believe is homemade and is made of patchwork. I got some good finds.
So i guess that's all i have to say. Tonite i'm going to see my dear sister's concert band recital or whatever its called.
