(no subject)
So... Janada called about the apartment today.. she put in a good word for me.. So I sent my application.. and I hope I hear back within the next couple of days to see if I get the apartment or not.
I had an AMAZING DAY... definitely one of the best so far.
This morning My mom and I went to Maureens, a really great artist, house in Chester for lunch. Shes such a sweet lady, she gave me some quick lessons/ tips on Random Dots, Extended Lines, and Automatic drawings. She also let me look through her gallery where she had soooo many pieces of art. She does oil paintings, embossings, photographs, charcoal, screen printings... etc.. I was so inspired. I decided I will start doing some large pieces for the apartment because I loved her large pictures so much. She gave me a sketch book which she had worked in and told me to write/ draw all my tips and stuff I want to remember for design in there. Her house was so creative.. I thought I was going to start to cry lol.. Everywhere you look there is art.. everything is painted.. and all you can do is stare. Amazing.
Then.. I came home.. And Anastasia and Gloria showed up for bible study. I liked having Anastasia there with, she's fun and so easy going. Hopefully I will get to meet up with her again before I move.
I have almost all the stuff I need for my apartment... I even have a popcorn maker.. mmm Popcorn.
I'm just in such a good mood.. I'm gonna start painting this week for sure.
