traintracks covered in a snow of skin cells

and so here it is
our new habits to save
modernized nature
acres and acres of abandoned factories
and warhouses
our generations gift to generations to come
desert lands of concrete
uncharted and untouched
discarded and unloved
surrounding rows of the forgotten
dead, unremembered graves.
we wondered through no-mans land
after world wars, before the apocolyps.
we are the ones who lived to long
without purpose or preserverence.
we are the ones un-needed,
alone in a crowded history
marking our lives on books
waiting to be distroyed.
