(no subject)
Oh man, LJ. I haven't posted here in a long time. How about this? Things that I've accomplished:
-I got myself a library card after having a craving to read Dracula, but not having the moneys to buy the book.
-Since April I've read about 12 books!! With an average of 250 pages each. The bulk of which are all Bret Ellis books (Glamorama being the one I'm currently reading and is also the last one of his works I have to finish). Next on my list is Secret Rendezvous by Kobo Abe. Than, I dunno... back to Christopher Moore.
-I'm now a RING PERSON~ Out of all the jewelry, rings were never my thing. I discovered Catbird (I visit there site everyday) and fell in love. I currently have 3 I never take off.
-My hair is getting pretty long. I don't look good with long or short hair so I'm still figuring things out. I'll keep growing it til I can make the cooler knot buns.
-TRAIN JARED! Surprisingly enough him working for VIA hasn't left me super lonely. There are days were it gets SUPER boring and they just drag on (AKA the last day before he comes back), but long as I can get out of the house its all good. Free train rides soon~ (Petrie always misses him. SO CUTE!)
-Got an awesome pair of high waisted shorts that actually look good on me! Paid $40 bucks, but worth it! Now just gotta find the perfect denim shirt.
-Being able to bike and spend time with Jared during the summer has been such a great mood booster. We need to get out more, but much better than the years before.
-HOTLINE MIAMI!!!!!!!
-I GOT ADDICTED!
-I TAKE THE VITA TO MOMS TO PLAY
-BUT JARED NEEDS THE VITA FOR THE TRAINS
-AND I GOT BOOKS TO READ NOW SO PLAYING IS HARD WHEN HE'S GONE
-BUT OH THERE WAS A TIME I TRIPPED MAJOR BALLS! LIKE THE GAME GOT ME HIGH. THAN I MELLOWED THAN WITHDRAWL THAN ANGER THAN BOOKS DISTRACTED ME AND I FORGOT HOW TO PLAY.
Now I'm angry because I forgot how to play and switching between vita and PS3 is kinda jvhuyvjwnvcwhiurw because it just IS!
