(no subject)

Well today I'm putting in two posts, this one and the one I wrote some days ago and can finally get to the internet center to upload. Between being busy and Rivercity (River City is when all communications are blacked out for us to make outside calls or get online), it's become rare to get time to do this. By the way, I'm sorry Kayla that I didn't call yesterday, we were in Rivercity.
Our schedule has changed again, but this time for a little bit better. I may actually get some time to get online, make calls, relax, sleep, go to the PX, go to laundry, etc. Unless something comes up, which does happen from time to time, like today. I was supposed to have the afternoon off, but here I am rushing to get this in and make an important trip to the PX. Instead of being off I got tasked with working on another HMMWV and later getting my counseling on my Pro's and Con's (Proficiency and Conduct- our grading system for how good a Marine we are) from the Lt and Gunny. I already know my score from my VC and Section leader, they were good, but everyone has to be spoken with by LT and Gunny...yay. Eventually at some point tonight though I will get to bigger and better things like calling 29 Palms and getting housing set up, taking a shower, dropping off laundry, and relaxing with some Season 4 MacGyver I just got in from Mom and Dad, THANK YOU!!!!!
None the less, even with being very busy, ready to come home, and putting up with a lot of bull, I still keep strong faith and my head high. It will all be over eventually, already over half way done. Plus we did make a difference over here. Thank you to everyone for all the packages and letters, I really appreciate them more than you'll ever know. I actually got so much, that I've run out of room to put all the stuff. I'm trying to eat as much as I can before it all goes bad too. It's getting closer to coming home so I'll need to start shipping stuff back soon, so I must ask that the packages lighten. Again though thank you for them, they have been VERY helpful!
An early happy birthday to my bro Shawn in case I don't get back on before then. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! Getting older and older man, but still cool as ever!
Kayla, I miss you very much and can't wait to be back home with you again. I love you babe, keep your head high, not too much longer to go.
Now I must rush off and try to upload these and get to the PX. Someone stole my wallet with $200 in it, my bank card and two phone cards. Whoever it was used my bank card and got $75 cash or bought something of that value at the PX, so I'm going to go get my money back from the PX and see if we can't track it down. Card is already cancelled, but now until I get a replacement I can't finish my Christmas shopping :-( People are so stupid and inconsiderate sometimes. If I find the punk, he's got a 9mm round with his name on it. But anyways, love you all and miss you.
