As ever, I was in the house when this card came through my door on 12th October, 2012, and there was no knock on the door or buzz on the intercom which might have indicated that any attempt had been made to deliver the package. It says:
“We tried to deliver this item. We could not gain access to deliver card because of the controlled entry.”
What the hell is that supposed to mean? They patently have delivered the card, so why are they saying they couldn’t gain access to deliver it? And given that they have gained access and delivered it, why couldn’t they just deliver the package as they’re paid to do? If they’re going to lie about their reasons for not providing the service they’re paid to provide, they might at least attempt to come up with a plausible one. If I charged someone for a service and failed to provide it, I’d expect to be sued. How does Royal Fail get away with consistently failing to do the job it’s paid to do? It’s outrageous!
This absolute dog’s dinner of a diagram is apparently known as a ‘mind map’. It contains the requirements for my Graded Unit, as my major project for this college term is known. Why not take a logically-ordered set of instructions, fling them up in the air and create a completely illogical, impenetrable diagram from where they land? That’ll make everything so much more simple and straightforward, won’t it? It’s now my task to try to unravel this ridiculous jumble and put it into some sort of logical order. No wonder I’m struggling to summon up any enthusiasm for it whatsoever. 12th October, 2012.
