blindfold_spn Inspirations
So, whee! I've been trawling the prompts for kinky inspiration, and I found some. Several somes, in fact. I wrote fic yesterday (cracky kinky threesome porn, with added crack. I dunno what got into me...) and then more today (Sam/Dean non-Wincest AU porn), which was honestly the most fun I've had writing yet, and I think I'm improving, and getting the hang of dialogue at last. I can't wait till the deadline tonight so I can post them for you afterwards - although, now I've told you I'm pleased with them, I've jinxed myself completely and you'll all hate them and not comment. *le sigh*
In fact, I enjoyed myself so much, I may have to squeeze in a mini-fic or two before the deadline. Maybe my muse isn't as catatonic as I thought she was. *gleeful bounce*
ETA: I wrote another one, and I like this one too. Either I'm having a really fucking smug day, or I'm on a total roll. However, it's nearly bedtime, so I'm stopping now. There is not time enough tonight for another one, unless I miss sleep - and I'm far too much of a yawny bear to do that.
Also, out of the six fics I've now written, there are five different pairings/groups, and Not One Of Them Is My OTP. I just... *throws up hands at self in disgust* I think the standard of the best Dastiel writing is so high - higher, even than the rest of the fandom, which is already higher than most other fandoms I've been in - that I despair of ever making a good job of Dean/Cas, and I'm too fucking proud to fail where I care the most. Um. Maybe I need some therapy, but let's try sleep first.
