....i guess i just felt like saying hello :)
Oh...it really has been so long... so here goes the update. (surprisingly there really isnt all that much to tell....life always seems to have a way of getting in the way of my best plans for world domination....non the less...... it will be mine oh yes,.... it will be mine........ummmmm....oh yeah.... this is public. hmmmm.... moving on ) :D
yes... well as i was saying, mostly life has settled into ...well everyday stuff that we all do, so to expand i think that i will just cover each of those parts;
Workies: well work is ok. As far as retail goes workies is pretty good. It's just that retail sucks my will to live and leaves me feeling well.. empty and pointless. Ok so not the happy begining im sure you where looking for...but hey... this is my story. However as fun a time as ive had, i have decided to change the mind numbing boredom that is my everyday life by finding a job that at least utilizes 1: 10th of my grey matter. So the job hunt has begun again.
So far there are no takers for my extensive tallents but i know that the right job is just around the corner so i am going to keep looking and well,.. the rest is up to fate :)
Other than this im just trying to update my folio and stuff and am going to try to get some work experience...hopefully somewhere sexy like the Love Police :) *drools*
Otherwise.....as a wise friend told me last week, if you cant find a job to suit you....you'll just have to create one'. The best god damn advise ive had in a while. so. well... thats the job land.
Our apartment is starting to take shape. And we have even had some vistors over the last couple of weeks - though appologies for having to work throughout the time that they had here :( So that has been heaps of fun!!! and it has been so nice having friends around!
Last week we went to a viking resturant!! YES!! i did say a viking restaurant!! it was much fun. with mulled wine .. yummy and candles and food......vikings seem to eat meat...meat...meat ...potates and cabbage. but it was nice, for vikings however the portions where very small....but still.
We where lucky enough to go to nin and of course they where fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We didnt think that we where going to be able to go due to a lack of funds, but at the last minute we where able to procure tix and as such i think it was even better as i appreciated it so so so so much!!
Lee is playing his first gig with his new band on sat nite. They are called vulture and they are playing at the gaelic club with zombie ghost train. so hopefully it should be a raging success. :)
Um..... gosh it is hard to remember what i have been doing??!!??
We have been going to the beach n stuff and where trying to get to the snow but as yet we havent had an oppotunity......when there is money there is no time.... when there is time there is no money.... the age old problem.
Hmmmmm for not writing for a while i dont seem to have much to tell ya'll. BUt i am having a great time in lil sydney town. Though i am missing you all like crazy!!!
And since i am having difficulty having much to tell today i will sign off. big hugs to you all. and i will chat soon
