Law and Order UK
I watched the last episode of the current series of Law and Order UK last night, and I just have to say...
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
He can't really leave, he can't! Starting the 'Bring back James Steel' campaign here and now.
It's not that he's hot (OK, he is), it's that he's such a great character - we don't really see the private life, but we know him as a headstrong but brilliant lawyer who's dedicated to establishing the truth and protecting the victims' interests. Ben Daniels plays him to perfection. He just can't leave, it's not right.
(I'm also miffed we didn't get the James/Alesha kiss that's been promising to happen for rather a long time know. Nearly, but not. We all know they're meant to be together, and if he has to leave now, at least that could have made a potential relationship less complicated. *sigh*)

P.S. Obviously this wouldn't stop me watching - we all know Ronnie Brooks (played by Bradley Walsh) is the loveliest copper in London, plus the ensemble cast and quality of guest acting are outstanding. But still, losing James Steel will be a blow to the series if they don't find a damn good excuse to bring him back next series.
