(no subject)
This is a quick note to let everyone know that because of some new RL commitments, I won't be able to keep up with lj as much as I may have done previously. This doesn't mean I won't be reading posts and fic or admiring art - just that I'll only be able to check in every couple of days and probably won't have time to comment.
I will, however, still be in need of entertaining and witty diversions so please don't unfriend me (*sob* - yes, I can do pathetic) and don't assume I'm ignoring you: I'm not. I've just got rather a lot on at the moment.
A ps: I was so sorry to read of the death last week of Helmut Griem, the Germanic blond god who played the wonderfully charming and seductive Maximillian in Cabaret, one of my all-time favourite films. Max was the subject of and inspiration for one of the best bits of dialogue ever between Michael York and Lisa Minelli. Still makes my toes curl in pleasure, watching it.
