BJs is cheap, but I have to say after a couple tanks of it, it really clogged up my fuel injector. I didn't believe all that stuff about how some kinds of gas are better than others until my 2004 well-cared-for vehicle started stuttering on 390 while trying to go 60 mph.
Definitely avoid Mobile at all costs. If you can find a Kwik Fill (I don't know where they are in the city, but I know there's one in Victor and one in Brockport, so there's probably one around someplace), they're sometimes a little cheaper.
However, if you have a BJ's membership, that's definitely the best.
Always check to see when the price was last updated, because some listings do end up a little out of date, but there are a lot of loyal users who keep the prices updated.
Although I also suggest investing in a BJ's membership. If you do enough driving, the membership will pay for itself in gas savings alone. Plus, with rising food prices, you can get good deals on groceries, too. :)

I go to Hess if I'm not close to a BJs though.
Obviously avoid any ExxonMobil stations.
