Tim would have given up everything in a second if he could simply have Kon back in his life again. Kon was his best friend. His soulmate. Tim loved him more than anyone else and he knew Kon felt the same way. They never said the actual words, but they didn’t have to. A single look would convey that sentiment and leave no question that it was meant whole-heartedly.
Tim did, however, regret not showing Kon how he felt. He should have grabbed him and kissed him. He should have wrapped his arms tightly around him and hugged him. He should have… God, there were so many things he wanted to do with and to him and now he couldn’t. All he had left were memories that taunted him. Tim could hear Kon’s voice clearly in his mind. He could visualize that perfect face with little effort, but his hands and his lips-his entire body-felt cheated. There was so much he should have done and didn’t.
He wouldn’t make the same mistake again, which is why he was in his room lying on top of Rose devouring her, tasting her like it would be the last time he’d be able to do so. He thrust deep into her again and again, losing himself in the lust-filled moment she created with her hot, demanding body. He enjoyed the pleasure-pain of her nails digging into his back and the way his name sounded like a prayer escaping her lips. He loved her intoxicating aroma, how her thighs cradled his hips, and the way her once quiet moans kept getting louder and louder.
For the first time since they got together he didn’t, not for a moment, imagine he was running his fingers through black hair instead of white tresses nor did he wish he was kissing a muscular back instead of a delicate shoulder. For the first time, he could look into her blue eye and accept the love she was offering him. His genuine smile said it all and Rose knew exactly how he felt.
