The rays of the rising sun began to peak through the side window. The small room was soon filled with its warm glow and there was a soft golden hue to everything around. Selina stretched and yawned lazily . It was no secret that mornings were not her favorite part of the day, but once in a while, they could surprise you.
This morning was one of the good ones. She slept peacefully and awoke feeling fully rested. She turned slowly to her side, dug her elbow into the pillow, propped her head up to rest against her palm, and took her time admiring the view.
The broad shoulders, the strong arms, that well defined chest, and those tightly sculpted abs instantly had her wanting a repeat performance of last night. She lifted the sheet covering the rest of him and smiled wickedly after licking her lips. He really was physically perfect in every way.
He mumbled something incoherent and she leaned in closer to try and make out what he said. Suddenly, he pulled her onto him. His hands cupped the side of her face and his lips were pressed tenderly to hers. She laughed, having been caught off guard, then pulled away to look down at him. He was smiling, looking sexy as hell, but what she enjoyed even more was that, for once, he appeared to be completely carefree. Yes, she thought, leaning down to kiss him again, certain mornings were definitely worth waking up to.
