Bored
So I've got internet a lot sooner than I thought I would! I've been here a week and a half now, and although Josh wanted me to take a break from work, I'm bored out of my mind sitting at home all day so I've started job hunting.
It's a little awkward living with his mum and her boyfriend. The house is very small, only 2 bedrooms (plus a tiny study) so I spend most of my time in the bedroom playing computer games, watching TV, or reading. Also this area is all acreage so I feel very isolated from the world and am constantly wanting to go out. Which isn't very good when we're trying not to spend money.
The weekends are fairly busy, there seems to be a lot going on in the family at the moment. Last weekend there was the baby shower (8 weeks until our nephews born!), plus a surprise birthday party and next weekend we've got some sort of wedding party/reception barbeque for Josh's cousin at his auntie and uncles place.
Right now I'm waiting for Josh to finish getting ready, we're going to pick up his best friend shortly then head over to another of their friends places to watch the footy on tonight. I don't understand NRL, so hopefully I'll get along with the other women there.
I'm so hungry! I hope foods ready when we get there!
