Doodlebutt, or another stream of consciousness
My hands feel swollen today--it's harder to get my ring off than usual. Odd. Work went okay today. My feet hurt, but that was to be expected. I learned how to use a push-broom-mop-thing. I also worked in Men's for the first time in a month. Was completely clueless as to where things were. But I got to see a few cute guys. And speaking of cute guys, as I was leaving the mall (not the first time, but the second time because as I was leaving the first time I listened to my voicemails and got a message from my brother asking me to bring him food from Chick-Fil-A) and crossing the street, this car was driving by and it honked at me. I know it was at me specifically, because I was the only person in the entire area. I glanced toward the car, but couldn't make out the driver either because of their tinted windshield, my tinted sunglasses, or--most likely--both. They beeped the horn once, and then again a few moments later. I feel bad because I didn't acknowledge him/her...but I have no idea who it was! And of course there's the little voice in my head that says it was [my crush]. SHUT UP, voice! I think I'll have some ice cream now. Still haven't moved into the house. I can't find enough cute--ahem, strong--guys who are all free at the same time to help me. Oh, well. Back to Star Trek with my brother.
