Okay there's another post that I'm hoping to finish today but in the meantime:

Glee posted this today. It's their cover of "Baby Got Back" from an upcoming episode. It's an unusual cover of "Baby Got Back," sounding very little like the original, but very MUCH like...

Jonathan Coulton's cover of "Baby Got Back." The arrangement is exactly the same. They did not, according to Coulton, contact him, and they do not acknowledge him for the arrangement in any way. There are details i Glee's version that can't have come from anywhere but copying Coulton's version. And even if they'd changed those, this is a specific and very different version of the song than what is generally known. There's no way that Glee omposer could have independently arrived at exactly the same arrangement.
If they'd acknowledged Coulton as the arranger and done whatever is legally required to use someone else's arrangement (I don't know exactly what that would entail; I'm not a music lawyer) this would just be a cover and it would be fine and awesome. But they didn't acknowledge him or contact him, and to me, that looks like plagiarism. They used someone else's work without providing any credit.
Glee shall have to face justice.
EDIT: Hang on, looks like the second embed isn't working.
Here's the link and I'll see what I can do to fix the problem.
EDIT 2: Wait I think it's working now. I didn't do anything to fix it. Whatever, I have to go to work.
