The Stuff I Did for Hallowe'en
I was just about to go to bed when I realized I hadn't done the blog post I wanted to. So this is mostly going to be pictures because I'm too tired to do much writing.
First, let me show you my jack-o-lanterns.
This is Snive. He's a character in Reptilis Rex. It's a great comic. You should read it!
I tweeted this image yesterday morning, but William Tallman, the creator of Reptilis Rex, didn't see it. But then today, he tweeted that if anyone had photographic evidence of themselves dressing as Krel (another Reptilis Rex character) for Halloween, he would give that person 4 million US dollars. I responded to that tweet with the picture of my snive-o-lantern, claiming it was surely worth at least some US dollars, and he responded with: What?! That... wow! I just sent you 4 million psychic hugs (not legal tender in US or Canada).This guy is one of my favorite artists, and I rendered him temporarily speechless on Twitter. That was a good feeling.
This is Mr. Administrator, a character in Echo Chamber and an important part of the TVTropes Alternate Reality Game. When he saw this picture on Twitter, he responded "IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN OUR SECRET DESIRE TO BE A PUMPKIN." That was also pretty great!
Okay, okay, enough with the pumpkins. Time for our feature presentation: My GIR costume!
