Is this thing on?
I’ve really been neglecting this journal. Life has been pretty busy and I just haven’t had time to sit down and write out some updates. I also haven’t been commenting on all of your journal entries as much as I normally would, but rest assured that I do still keep up with reading them. It’s a near impossibility for me to actually keep up with the goings on of Twitter, and if folks only post their life updates there, I miss out on about 90% of it. I really do appreciate all of you that are still sharing a bit of your life on here. There is a depth to things here that you just can’t duplicate in 140 characters.
This year I’m not going home for Christmas for the first time, so I’ll have a bit of extra time here with the long weekend and plan to make several updates. It will be my little Christmas gift to that long-in-the-tooth fossil sabercat . I’m sure it’s been driving him nuts not having the opportunity to exercise his 8-year old level humor at my expense. My goal for next year is to post at least once per week to this journal. Here’s hoping I can keep that up.
