I'm planning on giving my current LCD TV to my parents--one in a long line of technological hand-me-downs they have received from me. The TV has served me well and continues to do so, but I have always found it to be too bulky--these next-gen LCD TVs and monitors are more my style in terms of form-factor and all that.
