great color and composition

Lesser Quality Icons
1 - the black and white blend has a smooth transition to the fuller body shot of him but it's placement is as if he has a second head. the arm of the larger image comes back into view toward the bottom of the icon and makes the smaller figures lower body somewhat awkward.
2 - although the triple crop is interesting, it seems squished in the space and perhaps would work better as its own icon. the brightness of the face on the left washes out the expression.
2 - Nice coloring and contrast, but the icon needs more focus; sharpening.
2 - though I love the composition, the icon is too blurry
2- coloring a little too saturated
2- the inversion of the rob on th left looks a little odd
2- boxing of elements on the right is distracting
3- good blending but the croping of the rob on the left can be improved
3 - Again, very nice, but it just lacks composition. Maybe something a bit more dynamic instead of so straight-forward?
Favorite icons:
1- The usage of coloring and black and white with the same icon really makes the icon 'pop'.
1 - interesting choice in using b/w along with colours
1 - awesome superimposition of images
1- mering of robs is seamless
1- composition and use of black and white is superb
3 - the images don't over power each other. although one is larger and a closeup on his face, it is balanced by the half body shot. the color of the shirt, though close to the color of the background, still pops out from the skin tones and dark hair.
