Update!
Well, still no dog picture. It's coming, I promise.
In other dog news. My dog is the saddest puppy in the world. He was neutered this past monday (like the 3rd or something), and he wouldn't leaves his staples alone. So now he has to wear one of those crazy-ass radar collars untill his staples come out (this coming Friday, the 18th). He is a saaaaaaad puppy.
In other news, we got a place to live next year. We're moving to a palace in Northpointe. It's actually a really nice duplex, and there is a plenty of yard space for Milton and Rob's dog Ali (pronounced Alley....I know, lamer than the Mohammad). But that will be nice.
Finished up a bunch of my papers. Wrote my Tupac paper last week. Have another paper I need to write on MLK Jr. and Frederick Douglass coming up. Then I have 2 group presentations this week. One for Interpreting text (lame) and then one for Genius in Literature an Popular Culture. It's on the "Grunge Revolution". I've been planning a mix Cd for it in my head. I'm thinking, some Nirvana, Pearljam, Sonic Youth, Alice in Chains, Jane's Addiction, maybe some Pixies...maybe some Pumpkins...post a comment if you have any other ideas for the CD.
On top of all of this I still have some research that is hanging over my head. Ugh...sometimes research really sucks. I'm enjoying my cartoon study that I'm on (It's about social learning in cartoons--mainly focused on Parent/child interactions). But the tapes that I'm doing for another project are absolute torture. Oh well. I signed up for it. No use bitching and moaning over it.
