Obligatory Zwan post

I swear this will be the only post that I throw up about the concert...so, once again, if you don't want to read it here is the disclaimer: DON'T READ IF YOU DON'T WANT TO HEAR ME TALK ABOUT ZWAN. (end disclaimer)

Yeah...so my ears are still ringing from the show. It was an incredible show...that's really the only way I can describe it. Unfortunately, as Billy pointed out, I'm not a true fan because I did not bring a camera or any means of bootlegging the show, and I also didn't even grab a pen and paper so I could try and composite a set list (even though I'm sure some of my fellow "Zwanbies" will help me on that one). Beautiful show with beautiful music. The band was really into all of the music, the crowd was into the music...it was just an incredible thing. It really sparked my real Zwan flames....so I'm going to try and see them again in Atlanta when they are playing (sometime between May 2nd and 4th), which really sucks because that falls right into my exams...but I am going to do my damndest to make it to that one. Also they are going to be playing the Download festival over in the UK on June 1st. I'm definetley going to see that. I think I will make it a birthday present to myself (only five days early...not bad).

In other Zwan news, I am also finally making good on my IOUs to the Z-team (Zwan's street team). I talked to Obi yesterday and he said I can have a bit of airtime on the WEGL to talk about Zwan and what not. That's cool. I've been feeling guilty about not doing anything with the team, but now I have my chance.

Well, I'm tired, I just wanted to throw up a quick blurb about the concert. If Zwan makes their way to you I suggest seeing them. They put on a great show. It's nice to see a band like that.

Oh, in unrelated Zwan news (yet still show related news) my tickets came in for the Flogging Molly concert in London on the 10th of May. I'm also excited about that one. First punk show on my first night in London, can't get any better then that.
