I'm a little behind the times and only now found out about the lawsuit between Calvary Chapel Christian School and the University of California (or perhaps I found out about it at the time and forgot?). It seems that UC refused to accept a biology course at CCCS as appropriate preparation for college (while accepting other courses) because the course's primary textbook does not teach valid scientific method. CCCS claimed religious discrimination and sued. I find myself wondering if MIT does any kind of high school course auditing or has given any thought to it.
