Christmas comes once a year my butt
Totally. So we had...um...5 Christmases so far. Went to my mom's in Toledo the weekend before Christmas, then to my dad's the next day and stayed there for a couple of days. We went home for a day to unload stuff and feed the cats and then spent the rest of the week in Akron. Christmas #3 was with Jessica's dad on Christmas Eve, then Christmas #4 was Christmas morning at her mom's. Christmas #5 was at the house of a friend of Jessica's family that same afternoon. We stayed in Akron for that weekend and then trucked it home to drop off more of our stuff (our gifts to each other are always on Christmas, no matter which house we end up at). We stayed home to clean up for two days. After that, we took off for Christmas #6 at Rich's place in Cincinnati. Christmas #6 was really New Year's Eve and Rich's birthday, but we also exchanged Christmas gifts. We stayed there until last night when we realized we had work today and should probably leave. It was a fun 5 days filled with movies, video games, toys, shopping, and horrible, horrible jokes. We watched Hamlet 2 and Pineapple Express, the latter of which was hilarious throughout, while the former had some awesome moments (RAPED IN THE FACE). Also, Mario Kart Wii is awesome. I even got it in the same year it came out, which I think is a first for me and video games. Also got the Simpsons game which I still need to try out. It looks fun!
Oh yeah, I'm totally posting from my AWESOME new laptop that Jessica bought me for Christmas. It has 3 gigs of RAM and 300 Gigs harddrive space, both of which are unheard of by my standards. It also has a fingerprint scan logon thingy! AND I don't know why everyone whines abotu Windows Vista. It works fine for me. OH and the computer is totally lime green to match the basement walls, and a matching mouse was apparently hunted down and excitedly included. AND to top it all off, we got a TERABYTE external harddrive for $120, $100 of which is my graduation gift from Jessica's mom. This is AWESOME. Balls.
