(no subject)
Some arsehole tried to use MY hard earned cash to buy themselves something. Feckers. Somehow someone got my card number(probably from an ATM) and this morning tried to spend £800 odd quid at 'something' universals.
I only discovered this when I tried to top up my phone this afternoon with my card. The bank had declined the details and no transaction would take place. Then I called up the help line and was put through to someone who said a transaction had flagged up this morning. He's checked back through any other transactions and they all seem fine apart from this one this morning with obviously is very unusual on the account. So, it's a good thing they pay attention to stuff like that. Otherwise who knows how much they could've gotten before I'd be informed or found out.
The cards been cancelled now and I'm getting a new one in 7 working days. So, no more money for you Mr Goatsuckingknobjockeyc*nt.
Still going to go down to the bank tomorrow in my lunch break just to double check my statement and that there's nothing unusual been happening on the account and they've not bought anything else. Seems like there was something to do with Carphone warehouse too which they've dealt with.
It's really pissed me off though. Gonna check they've not got any other account details either. But, I never use my Credit card in an ATM(actually I rarely use that card anyway) So I doubt they will have.
I always cover up my pin number so it must've been something with the ATM being rigged.
I wanna break their legs...in numerous places...
