Might be going to LA next year for my birthday with some friends. Wheres a good place to get a holiday house near the beach for 8-12 people? We don't need it to be posh, but we do need it to be BIG and have a Jacuzzi. IS Venice Beach a good idea? Malibu seems a bit frigid. All help appreciated.
