So the whole quitting smoking thing is going pretty well. The patch is helping a lot, obviously, but the urge to smoke is going away, too. I'd say the most difficult time for me is at night, mostly because when I get bored I want a way to kill the time. You'd be surprised how much more free time there is when you don't get up to go outside every hour or so!

Our landlords hired someone to fix our balcony, so Nat and I have been pretty much stuck in the house all week while that's been going on. The balcony is off the living room, so we've been hiding out in the bedroom all afternoon. It's been unbearably hot out, so luckily we have a/c in there. And a tv. Not that there's much on in the afternoon... Originally, the job was supposed to be done today, but that was before they realised we have termites- now it'll be done sometime next week. The sooner the better, as far as I'm concerned. I'm getting tired of being a prisoner in my own home.

The Buffy the Vampire Slayer movie is on tv right now. I'm totally watching it. =)
