life in a delicate balance
so i'm a senior now.
i think i started another journal entry four years ago, exactly like that but of course referring to a high school senior. now i'm a college senior, having to figure out what to do with my life and looking to the future.
looking back, i have posted some ridiculously sad, pathetic, happy, crazy, god knows what entries in this journal. i have not been online in ages -which can be taken as a sign of maturity i suppose. i'm living life instead of spending so much time on the computer.
the good news is that i'm slowly eliminating negative influences, surrounding myself with dependable and solid people and actually planning my future. i've started setting up job applications and interviews and hopefully i'll grab some company's attention for this summer. also, i'm planning on getting a master's degree to be able to advance myself quicker in the business.
so i hope that i look back to this entry sometime in the future and think that this was where i'm finally becoming a real person - you know - one of the ones that actually functions in the real world.
as always, i'm disappointing i don't have the time i wish i did for photography and such, but i have to keep myself focused and keeping the right priorities.
i was in NYC yesterday for an absolutely awesome day. i went with danny, to the met (which was hot - we went through the japanese art section in style) and we went and saw chicago on broadway. i love that musical! i know all the words :P
