I've been writing a lot more lately... i actually even put a couple poems up for submission to the writing magazine at carleton. We'll see how that goes.
I've also been reading a lot more lately.
This is abd for the reason that i am yet to read any of my books for school but instead am reading other books.
I have like 4 on the go right now.
Less than Zero by Bret Easton Ellis i just started, and The Sea and The Mirror by WH Auden (who is amazing and i love), i've also been reading poems from Coke MachineGlow by Gordon Downie (which is fantastic and i love) and I've been thnking of starting wuthering heights, because i have to write a pape ron it in less than a week. so i guess we'll see.
I got my new glasses.
They increase how gorgeous i am by like 27 times. i love them.
My band is playing a free show on monday, and i am so incredibly excited for it.
We're playing new songs (which i had more of a hand in writing), I'm going to be singing, i think a good number of friends are coming out, and i don't know... just excited to be playing music.
I can feel it already.
I think I'm goign to a volleyball game today with a couple friends, i guess it'll be a good time? i don't know... our one friend is on the UO team, and i guess is pretty good? After that maybe getting beers with Zander or hanging out with Alison.
I hung out with Alison again last night... and that girl is just so rad.
I don't know what else to say, I can't help but just look at her and smile.
I don't know... things are going oaky right now... shit is going to be hitting the fan in a bout a week when everything is due and I'm going crazy.. but for now, it's cool.
