We have one awesometastic roomie lined up but are looking for two more.
Gothic/Deathhippy couple seeking three roomates to share large 5 bedroom house just south of Burnside on 112th SE. It is a 10 minute walk from the Max and there is a Stark bus stop just 1 1/2 blocks to the south. We are looking to live with other subculture folks but anyone who can be responsible, reliable and fun should apply. Our years of living in constant partytown and squalidness are over, but even though the house is basically a museum & library with sleeping quarters, we’re not ready to let rigor mortis set in completely. Essentially, we’d like to orchestrate a household where people can feel comfortable and share chore duties amongst ourselves to keep things tidy without anyone having to become camp comandant. Therefore we need people who can cooperate, work well with others, hold down a job and be flexible on noise levels so as to stay on good terms with the little old lady next door. The house is 2500 square feet, with 2 full bathrooms and plenty of common areas so even with a full crew no one need feel crowded, plus we are just 1 block from Ventura Park. The kitchen is superb and equipped with everything a cook or baker could desire. On the technology end, our house is WIFI and internet phone enabled. The yard is modest, but we intend to start planting and gardening soon as well as acquiring chickens in the spring.

- Room #1 is 142 square feet on the main floor with elegant dark blue paint and large closet. Rent is $400.
- Room #2 is 99 square feet on the main, with charming insect theme mural paint job. If you absolutely hate it, we’ll provide paint and help change it. Rent is $360
- Room #3 is upstairs with 121 square feet and retro outer space theme.. Again, if that’s too awful, we’ll alter it. The landing adds an extra 81 square feet of potential semi-private room for a total of 202 at your disposal. Rent is $360
