About half an hour ago, i managed to punch the heavy-bag in the basement hard enough to rip first one set of support straps, then after two more punches, the second/last set of support straps.
So in summary, I have punched the shit out of this bag to the point where it said, "Listen, I'm fuckin done."
Tomorrow begins the search for a heavier bag. Maybe a 100 lb depending on what stores have a good sale.
