Weekend was lovely. Got to see some in-laws at a family reunion, SHB in Panama City and the UFC fight at Miller's. Good times, well, mostly.
Last week at work was bad.
This coming week is going to be 10 fold worse. I wish I could explain it better but really, what's the point? The stress is there and it won't easily subside.

At least my boss is bringing me scallops tomorrow!!!!! That is terrific news! I haven't a clue how I should make them though....any recipe ideas?
