Let's see, let's see... Ok, it's been a while...

FIRST AND FOREMOST:

- Moving to the Miramichi! Krista applied to NBCC Animation and Graphics course, and has been accepted. There's one year of Art Fundamentals (which is now called Media Studies, but I don't know if I agree with that title... all because of FHS and Mr Gange), which helps build her portfolio, and then it's a 2 year course for 2D, with the possibility of adding on an extra year for 3D, instead of taking the 2 year 3D course. We'll be there for September.

- I have yet to hear back from Fat Kat Animation studios. I sent them numerous emails, and then mailed them a hard copy of my resumé, as well as my portfolio DVD... still nothing. I've also called, and was told to email. Someday!!!

- My Macbook's power adapter wire melted. Yes. It was kinda nuts. All of a sudden, my computer just shuts off, doesn't want to come back on. Then I notice a slight flickering on the light where the cord plugs into the computer.

- Recorded director's commentary, as well as totally finished the sound edit and now am going to be working on creating the DVD for Bunthivy Nou's "A Lion's Tale". It's quite the process, but I'm thankful for the experience.

- We're getting a bunny! It's a calico-coloured male bunny that apparently will hump anything nearby that's furry. Krista's friend Jessie took him in, as her cousin was just going to release it into her backyard. What the hell?! Anyway, we should be getting him soon enough, probably within the month.

- I have remained dry during this crazy flood, but seriously, it's been ridiculous. My parents' basement got it pretty bad, and they've had to remove their furnace and water heater, haven't had any heat or much hot water since well over a week ago.

- I can't wait to be done work. I'm not billing trained, which means that I get to explain a lot more stuff to people, and I've actually gotten a lot of compliments on how well I'm able to help them understand what the hell's going on with their bill. However, the job still eats at my soul a little bit every single day. One of the few things that I enjoy looking forward to, aside from the move, is...

- I'm making an 8-bit album. So far, two tracks are totally done, one which I've already posted here a while ago. I have no idea what to call it, and I can't wait until it's done.

- That's it, I've got nothing....
