Happy Holidays, all! I really shouldn't be typing this out, as the site is blocked at work, and I rarely disable that sort of thing, but I don't believe any higher-ups are even here today. I certainly wouldn't be.
I've finished school, totally and completely, and as soon as the busy holidays are over, I go right back to work, full-time. :( Ah well, it's not all bad, as I'm actually going to have time to go and get an official business plan together, and apply for grants and bursaries. I gave a presentation on Thursday to my business class about my company. The point of the class was that our teacher was playing the part of an investor, and we had to come forth and present our business idea in a way that he would actually give us money. He said that, aside from being too light no the financial details, if he were an actual investor, he'd give me all sorts of money. Whoo! Good to hear from a guy who's been around the musical circle in major cities for over 15 years.
Other than that, not much happening. Looking forward to Christmas, as I'm sort of getting two celebrations once we go to Moncton for New Year's. Well, technically 3, since Krista and I are spending Christmas Eve together, and exchanging gifts then.
My uncle Brud and aunt Deanna are down from Windsor. He's quite disappointed that I'm not joining him in doing all of my Christmas shopping on Dec 24th. I have had weird nightmares of leaving everything to that day. It never works. Well, it works for him, not for me. Then again, this is a guy who uses two forks to eat one piece of pie.
