Ten things I love that are yellow:
1. The sun. Warm, friendly and supports life on the planet, what's not to love?
2. Highlighters. I'm such a nerd for them in lots of colors but classic yellow is my favorite.
3. Mustard on a street vendor hot dog. It's a ten percent chance of food poisoning yet so damn tasty.
4. My Disney Polynesian Resort "Tiki A Break" t-shirt. I <3 Disney and all its kitsch.
5. Big Bird. Sesame Street represent!
6. Kraft Macaroni and Cheese (AKA Kraft Dinner if you're Canadian). A lot of my childhood faves didn't hold up so well. KMC never lets me down.
7. Chicken noodle soup. I heard somewhere that the best way to get that golden yellow color is to TOSS THE CHICKEN'S FEET IN THE POT. I eat it anyway.
8. Peaches. They're on the orange side of yellow so I think this is okay.
9. Post-It notes. I go through them at work like a drunk driver goes through rental cars.
10. Butter. Whenever I cook something substandard I can usually rescue it with a little butter. If not, I call the hazmat team.
