Note the title: "Israeli incursion into West Bank refugee camp causes destruction, fear". So somehow, the Israeli forces defending Israel is the cause of terror and NOT the Palestinian militants deliberately targeting civilians in Israel. Oh... those poor Palestinian children! The horrors of retaliation for killing Israeli children! Naughty, bad Israelites for not rolling over dead of their own accord!
Here's a tip to the Palestinian refugees: STOP LETTING YOUR SIDE ATTACK ISRAEL!!! If Israel is not attacked they will not respond by busting up your place while looking for the terrorists. It is that simple.
Then Reuters has this disclaimer:
