Looks like the do-gooders from the Peace Corp are at it again. You remember? Sure you do... those nice people that dug wells for nomadic people so they didn't have to move around anymore? But then utterly failed to detail little things like sustainable agriculture, sanitation, civic government, and how to build and maintain a permanent dwelling? Sure you remember them...
