Oh, the humanity!

This title has nothing to do with anything.

Finals have begun. So, five beers, a long island iced tea, two blunts, and eight bowls make for fun times. Throw in a few friends, a pool, and a sunrise, it's amazing. Add in a beautiful sunset later that day and a good day overall, life is good. Now, consider a final at 8:30 tomorrow and a recital at 12 or so, it's dampened, but after the island, everything's just chill.

Oh, I never told you all about that. Well, sit, sit. See, we crossed the Brazos River, the largest river in Texas. Oh, yeah, not impressive? Well, we did it in an inflatable raft. Being dragged along by Max on a surfboard. Twenty of us. Well, 19, but whatever. Anyway, I'm literally the last one on the island, the sun's coming up, the boats sinking, and right then, a storm hits. No, not drizzling rain. A squall. A fucking squall.

So, whoa, no biggie. We got past the cold front, run down the beach hauling surfboards and coolers and drunk girls, and oh yeah, I forgot to mention there's wild bulls all over the island. Yeah, Wolf Island. Look it up.

So, we call the coast guard, get rescued, and it turns out tons of people die at that spot every year. Riptides were horrible we find as was the undertow. We could have died. Instead we got drunk, stoned, and have a very nifty story to tell.

I... I have nothing left to say.
