NEVER USE DAVID'S BRIDAL EVER. THEY ARE HORRIBLE.

horrible website, a billion errors and always broken
impossible to get help

i'm so pissed.

i ordered 3 dresses from their website. 2 summery wedding type dresses for me to choose from and a dress for my sister. i want to send back all three - one to return, two to exchange for smaller sizes.

Now, since i first ordered, my orders seem to randomly disappear from their website so i coulnd't get any updates on shipment, etc. they only have a very hard to find form to fill out when you need help with something and don't answer or answer a week later. to return a dress, you're supposed to be able to request an RMA number on the website by clicking on your order number (this is from their FAQ'S section). if i can even get my orders to show up, there is no way to get the RMA number. i called the store and asked them if they could help and they gave me an 800 number. all i get is a recording asking for my information. i've emailed them three times and left two messages. Finally last night i got an email where they gave me 2 RMA numbers but they are noted that they are for one of the dresses. BOTH numbers for one dress. they don't mention how to handle exchanges. I'm really afraid that if i send the dresses back, i'll never see anything back from them again. i've tried calling a regular customer service number and the guy was no help and just said to leave a message on the online support number. i told him how upset i am and he's like "sorry."

UGH. that's horrible. i'm sorry, i effing hate bad customer service.
