Bush pens Presidential Directive and Homeland Security Directive stating that there will be a cooperative effort among the three branches of Government that will be coordinated by the President in the event of catastrophic emergency. It's been a while... I blame work mainly; we're flat out. I haven't had a day off since last Sunday, and I had a six day week before that. And we've been doing a trade fair for the past few days so there will be more work I have to catch up on.
