Noise
So, Charlottesville passed a noise ordinance for the Downtown Mall.. I think it's under 75 decibels after a certain time... Hmmm.. wonder who made this happen. Let's see who lives near downtown or has friends downtown. Pretty soon they'll be telling us to get off their lawns.
