Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty
I haven't posted anything on LJ for a long time....
OK, so, I finished Metal Gear Solid 2 today. I have beat this game.....more than 10 times in Japan, though. The story is SO complicated. I didn't understand it when I first played that game in Japan, and after that, I started to skip all conversations in the game, so I didn't actually know the main concept of the story. This time, I focused on their conversations in English and tried to understand the story....and I think I understood what the main idea of the story is!! It is kinda weird because what they were talking about was really complicated, but because English is clearer than Japanese, it is sometimes easier to understand the point in English. The story was good, but I still like the stories of MGS1 and MGS3 better.
Oh, by the way, MGS series have a lot of Russian characters, and they speak English with Russian accents. XD This is one of the good point of English because Japanese doesn't have any foreign accents. But it was so funny when two or more characters talk to each other in English with Russian accents!! I want to say to speak Russian!! I don't understand any Russian, though.
I'm going to start playing MGS3 soon. I started applications for universities, but.....all instructions are in English (of course).....I want to cry.........
