Hello Goodbye

Said goodbye to the London office on Friday. I spent about 2 hours clearing out my desk and handing over my projects. After 2-3 years, I think that was pretty quick! It was slightly sad to say goodbye, which probably means its a good time to move on. I'm too settled, I need new things to stress me out. Clearly!

I had a kind-of goodbye meal at Nandos on Thursday, which was organised before I knew I'd be leaving. I persuaded a few people to stay out for longer than they planned which was pleasing. I had a 'Hot' chicken burger with garlic bread. It hurt but I loved it. Simon was appalled by my breath when I got back!

We also went to the theatre on Friday to see Humble Boy, Facebook Group Link. It was very, very good. The acting was superb and there was some great comedy. The play itself was enjoyable, but got a bit wrapped up in its metaphors at the end. It's well worth a watch, and it's likely to be coming to a town near you soon! http://www.londonclassictheatre.co.uk/humble_boy_08.htm

So I start in Basingstoke on Monday, with a shorter journey and the power of Sick Leave Approval. When I met them previously, they talked about a meeting in Dorking which should have been this week, but they didn't mention it again so I haven't worried about it.

We started the Pink Floyd Time Team today, where we review each album in turn on our Planet Skaro forum. One album down, seventeen to go! Yay!

I've been off writing this week, after last week's sitcom purge. I hope it gets recorded one day.
