Still no return communications from the condo association and now they've gone and put the compost bin right on the plot that I'd indicated in my last email that I would be content to limit my gardening to. (Which they had to go out of their way to do, it's 15' away from where it was before when they could have just moved it about 18". Plus they managed to behead my overwintered garlic in the process.) Really starting to feel unwelcome in my own home here... {fumes}
