Art director/ cleanup artist/ continuity coordinator?
now Director is a funny word in this scenario because I'm not telling anyone what to do.. The opposite is much more accurate. However I'm directing the look and feel of the film.. yes film! It's going to be distributed buy Fox 20th century... Crazy isn't it? well I got somewhat situated today and was standing in awe at what was all over the walls and pouring from the screens. I wish I could show you what I've been doing but I don't have a way to bring it home. Anyway, it seems like it's going really well. I have a theory that I was brought on board because I don't think like a Disney animator and today a graphic of mine was used instead of a guy's who has been doing this for years... "New blood" if you will... I get to make myown hours, I get to get keys, a computer and a desk. Remember my room with the big tv? how hot it got? Well imagine 50 computers in a small house and you have this place.. I get to wear whatever I want.. there was a girl right outta hot topic doing story-boarding... There was a goth chick doing animation. A guy with a full beard, and your x disney people all looked like yuppies of course... yet barefoot. Really none of them kept their shoes on... kinda weird. I wanna say so much but I'm going to keep my mouth shut until I get a contract. Well I'm kinda tired of looking at a computer screen... See you later!
