i've been getting minor chest pains lately
and then tonight i had a worse one
then it sort of felt like altered reality
things got really vivid, yet vague
sort of like being really drunk
but i was already sober again
it was 2 hrs ago or so
and i had some water and felt a bit better

the next post is long, and about something very sad

I also had oyster and clam for [i think] the first time today
it was good
