Even for Robin, a Muppet, and a veteran of Fandom, this had been a new one. And it had taken a lot of explaining both to him, his roommate, and especially to his girlfriend.
"That kind of unusual." Cookie Monster speculated. "But me like unusual."
"Yeah it's great." Oscar grumbled. "Now will you please get out of here? Extreme Makeover Demolition is on."
Noelle narrowed her eyes at the Grouch. "Not just yet." she said decisively, and without warning, grabbed him around the neck in a sudden hug.
"Hey! Get off!" Oscar yelled. Then he sighed resignedly. Every now and then someone felt the need to encroach on his dignity like this. And actually he kind of liked the positive attention from time to time. Not that he'd admit to it.
Robin giggled, as Noelle released the green furry garbage lover, and patted him on the head. He'd always wanted to see someone do that.
