Even more random musings
So, I've gotten back into the FMA fandom.
Well, gotten in meaning that I'm watching the second series, re-watching some of the first series and movie, stalking onemanga for monthly updates, making icons, reading fics and RPing characters (Alphonse, Riza and now Izumi).
I've noticed a couple of things:
- surprisingly enough, I haven't seen a lot of Mustang jokes in the fics. Either I'm reading the wrong ones or fandom stayed away from the very obvious cliché.
- Spellcheck, on the other hand, is your friend. Same as proofreading. For instance. Roy Mustang spends most of the series as a Colonel, not a cornel. Also, Gracia would be a widow, not a window.
And thanks to Flik, I'm currently stuck on a Pokemon dub!music kick. Say what you want about 4Kids dubs, they had a damn good music department.
