Thought I Would Check in
I am sick and feel like i got hit by a bus...
I hate being sick...you know...when i had health insurance i was never sick...when didn't work full time and go to school but now i have no health insurance and i get sick. Interesting....if we weren't so overextended in our lives we wouldn't need health insurance because we wouldn't get sick and if we got the common cold we could stay at home and nurse it so it wouldn't turn into a hacking coughing chest ache of death. Hmm...thoughts..
I guess i should go to bed and wake up in time to drive adam and myself to school in the morning and then take him to the minor medical clinic to have his hand Xrayed...he thinks it is broken because it still hurts a week after the accident but i swear it is sprained and all they are going to do is tell him to wrap it, ice it, and don't use it for a total of $150 or more - YAY! When i hurt my foot i wasted time at the doctor - where it was hurt, even if it had been broken, there was nothing to do for it - it took over a month and some crutches to feel close to normal again. But adam wants to go to the minor medical clinic so adam gets to go. I shouldn't be driving anyone anywhere - i should be in bed with juice and my trusty antibiotics that i got from the school health center - which is a big joke if anyone hasn't had the pleasure.
I think i am cynical and grumpy so i will stop writing and go crawl under the warm covers.
